Every night I put my kids to sleep and pray for them, ending with this line "and God help them to tell others about you and bring glory to you in everything they do". I believe that's the highest purpose of a human's life. Paul says "my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me — the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace." (89)

(pg 98) "...so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place
among those who are sanctified by faith in me." -powerful words from Jesus to Paul, recalled by Paul during his trial.
