As Jesus gets closer to the inevitable and essential crucifixion, the whole tone of Luke's story becomes more focused. Jesus' encounters seem more direct. His words are more urgent. It's not out of fear for His own death, but fear that the people He's dying for won't understand it.

RE: Parable of Building Bigger Barns (pg 31)
I was just talking to my son the other day about living life with a purpose greater than making money. Chasing after the dollar is a never-ending race. Living life to glorify God it achievable and much more satisfying in the end.
